Callum Cryans is a Commercial Manager with almost 2 decades of experience across contract negotiation, procurement, payment claims, variations, and project launch. He began his career as a qualified Quantity Surveyor working on building projects before moving to Australia, where he gained experience across major civil infrastructure projects including roads, tunnelling, rail, and water treatment.
In May 2025, Callum founded CMC Contracts to bring a specialist, senior-level commercial management capability to civil infrastructure & building contractors, without the overhead of an in-house team. Founding CMC Contracts, a services business, is what led Callum to develop the AI-Native platform, CAAi.
